We are being contacted from those who want to have us think about and respond to The Liver King. Brian Johnson has been identified and is not ACDC’s lead singer. He is full and vital. He speaks about finding energy and happiness in the world. This is a admirable message.

He also spoke out about eating well. He also shares his nine principles to living as his ancestors lived.

Upon my initial call, I discovered that he may have been reading “Nutrition And Physical Degeneration”, by Weston A. Price, DDS. He has extracted all information from the document. The information is now being applied to his website, as well as to online businesses. He does an outstanding job of copying content.

Weston A. Price, a dentist from the 1900s who traveled all over the country studying indigenous people, was known as Weston A. Price studied these indigenous people’s food habits and how they ate their food. Price, for instance, documented how some communities ate organs meats to get vitamins such MK7, K2, etc.

Who Is the Liver King?

This 44-yearold became famous online for eating large quantities of raw liver. This isn’t as obvious as you might think. But people do enjoy strange things in the internet world.

9 ANCESTRALTENETS

His physique is impressive. His first principle, sleep, is the topic he discusses. It can outdo everything else. I think this is a wonderful message.

The principle of food makes me laugh. I am not sure why eating is an old principle. My belief is that eating food is an essential part of the survival principle.

Without food, it is likely that we will die. It makes me wonder what “ancestor” actually means. I am a Dutch descendant; how many generations do we have here?

The Liver King is famous for talking about whole animals being eaten. It was a tradition among tribal peoples from the past. Some tribes were vegetarians. However, humans have evolved to eat the flesh of animals in most societies.

The Liver King moves into , which is the sport and art of moving. The definition of fitness for him is movement. These include exercising, walking and napping. It’s been quite normal so far.

Here we find some really interesting stuff. First, let us consider the oldest principle of the Shield.

The website states that “WE must Protect our Families and Protect them from Dangers!” It is here where I think things can make me tired. It causes a strange sensation of “follow me.”

It’s like (head-to-the side and sideeyes) don’t disrupt your hormones. The shield principle can be described as Also, he warns against plastics. This is odd considering that plastics are a common feature in his films.

I also want to know if the man is mercury-filled.

The second is between. This tenet reminds you of David Avocado Wolfe with his grounding pads, beds, and everything that can provide an anti-inflammatory impact using electrical and magnetic fields.

Liver King is trying to convince us that it’s a good idea to be outside in the natural environment. There’s truth to the idea of going out into natural world.

This leads us to the Cold principle. Comfort is bad for our bodies. So, take a cool shower. What happened to the indigenous people who lived and lived close by the Equator.

Climate and temperature are affected greatly by the geography. I believe that it is better to be comfortable with discomfort than being uncomfortable.

There is another Tenet , solar . Sunlight is a beautiful aspect of going outdoors in the morning. Also, when it hits your eyes, it helps with your cycle. It’s beneficial to make it a habit of doing it every day throughout the week.

Many scientific studies support this. However, the Liver Kings connects this with teeth. He refers to not flossing and brushing your teeth.

Perhaps vitamin D plays a role?

But I’m pretty sure indigenous people did floss. Liver King talks about MK4, a tool that can be helpful.

Next we’ll get to the essentials that will guide our battle. Liver King said that we would fight, scrape, endure, win. He also stated that when we win, we are given a tremendous dose of dopamine.

This principle encourages pushing ourselves to achieve goals, having a positive and progressive mindset, and discussing how to get the job done. To put it simply, set a goal for yourself to be proficient at something then push through everything.

We now reach the 9th and Final Tenet: The bond. The Liver Kings said that we are all part and parcel of multiple things. This gives me a very socialistic sense to travel and connect with people, make communities, and make friends to share my adventures.
